III. Diagnosis and Treatment Plan
Diagnosis: Missing right maxillary posterior teeth with insufficient alveolar ridge width and height.
Treatment Plan: Restoration‑driven approach for the right maxillary sites, using two Hanzu® implants: one implant (size 3.5 × 15 mm) with buccal GBR, and one implant (size 3.5 × 8.5 mm) with internal sinus lift.
IV. Treatment Procedure
In December 2024, a buccal bone concavity was noted. A trephine bur (3.0 mm diameter) was used to harvest bone and prepare the osteotomy sites. Internal sinus floor elevation was performed, and autogenous bone was grafted buccally. Two Hanzu® implants were placed, followed by wound suturing.

After 2.5 months, the prosthetic phase was initiated. The sites with internal sinus lift and buccal GBR demonstrated satisfactory stability.

V. Case Summary
This was a case of osteoporosis. The Hanzu® implant system exhibited strong self‑tapping capability, leading to a favourable clinical outcome.
