III. Diagnosis and Treatment Plan

Treatment Plan: Restoration‑driven approach for the left maxillary (or maxillary anterior) sites, using three Hanzu® implants: one implant (size 3.5 × 15 mm) and two implants (size 4.0 × 13 mm).
IV. Treatment Procedure
Under local anaesthesia, the involved teeth were extracted immediately, and the osteotomy sites were prepared. A mixture of autogenous tooth bone graft and collagen was placed labially to augment the bone defect. Three Hanzu® implants were placed according to the pre‑planned positions.

In April 2025, the prosthetic phase was initiated, and the definitive restorations were delivered.
