II. Clinical Examination

III. Diagnosis and Treatment Plan

Treatment Plan: Restoration‑driven approach for the bilateral mandibular first molars, using two Hanzu® implants (size 4.5 × 13 mm each).

IV. Treatment Procedure

Surgical Procedure (November 25, 2024): Under routine local anaesthesia, the surgical field was disinfected, an incision was made, and osteotomies were prepared. Two Hanzu® implants (4.5 × 13 mm) were placed, and healing abutments (6.0 mm) were connected. Autogenous bone chips were placed around the implant necks, followed by wound suturing.

Follow‑up (Prosthetic Phase): The definitive restorations were completed in August 2025.
