Case Report: GBR Implant Restoration for Mandibular Anterior Teeth
I. Basic Information

Chief Complaint: Mobility of mandibular anterior teeth.
Past Medical History: No known drug allergies; no systemic diseases.
Present Dental History: Mobility of mandibular anterior teeth for several months.
II. Clinical Examination
Alveolar bone atrophy and root exposure were noted in the mandibular anterior region, with Grade III mobility of the teeth.

III. Diagnosis and Treatment Plan
Diagnosis: Periodontal disease with tooth mobility.
Treatment Plan: Immediate extraction and implantation following periodontal therapy.
IV. Treatment Procedure
Full‑mouth periodontal scaling and root planing were performed prior to implant surgery. The mobile teeth were extracted, osteotomies were prepared, and two Hanzu® implants (size 3.5 × 11 mm each) were placed. Tension‑free primary closure was achieved with interrupted sutures.

Follow‑up (Prosthetic Phase): The definitive restorations were delivered at a subsequent visit.
