Case Report: Full‑Arch Implant Placement with Immediate Loading
I. Basic Information
Name: Mr. Li Yan
Gender: Male
Age: 65 years
Chief Complaint: Tooth loss affecting dietary intake.
Past Medical History: None reported.
Present Dental History: Missing posterior teeth, elongated anterior teeth, rendering mastication impossible.
II. Clinical Examination
Specialised Examination: Multiple missing teeth in both arches, with mobility of the remaining teeth.
Auxiliary Examination: Radiographic examination was performed.

III. Treatment Procedure
Surgical Phase (October 27, 2025): Under routine local anaesthesia, all remaining teeth were extracted. Hanzu® implants were placed using the All‑on‑6 immediate loading technique for the maxilla and the All‑on‑4 immediate loading technique for the mandible.

Follow‑up: At three months post‑operatively, radiographic examination confirmed satisfactory osseointegration, and the definitive prostheses were delivered.

IV. Case Summary
In this case, the patient presented with poor alveolar bone conditions. The Hanzu® implant system demonstrated robust osseointegration capacity and strong primary stability, making it well suited for immediate implant placement and immediate loading protocols in such challenging scenarios.
