II. Clinical Examination

Intraoral examination was performed.

III. Diagnosis and Treatment Plan

Diagnosis: Bilateral posterior partial edentulism.

Treatment Plan: Restoration‑driven approach using ten Hanzu® implants in the posterior regions (sizes: 4.5×10 mm, 5.0×8.5 mm, and 4.0×13 mm).

IV. Treatment Procedure

Surgical Procedure: Under local anaesthesia, incisions were made and osteotomies were prepared. Bilateral internal sinus floor elevation was performed, and immediate extraction and implantation were carried out on the left mandibular posterior sites. Hanzu® implants were placed, and the wounds were sutured.

Prosthetic Phase (March 2025): Healing was satisfactory; impressions were taken and definitive restorations were delivered.
