IV. Treatment Procedure

Internal sinus floor elevation was performed with simultaneous bone grafting, followed by placement of two Hanzu® implants (4.0×8.5 mm and 4.5×8.5 mm).

Post‑operative panoramic radiograph was taken.

The prosthetic phase was initiated; healing was satisfactory.

A palatally‑biased incision was made to augment the buccal gingival thickness.

The impression was transferred, restorative abutments were connected, and the definitive crowns were placed.

A post‑placement panoramic radiograph was taken.
