II. Clinical Examination

Intraoral examination was performed.

Radiographic examination was performed.

III. Diagnosis and Treatment Plan

Diagnosis: Missing left maxillary posterior tooth.

Treatment Plan: Restoration‑driven approach using one Hanzu® implant (size 5.0 × 10 mm).

IV. Treatment Procedure

Surgical Procedure: Under local anaesthesia, a flapless approach was adopted; osteotomy preparation was performed using a trephine (punch) technique, and one Hanzu® implant (5.0 × 10 mm) was placed. A healing abutment (6 × 4 mm) was then connected to the implant. 

A post‑operative panoramic radiograph was taken.

Prosthetic Phase: The definitive restoration was delivered at a subsequent visit.
