I. Basic Information
Name: Mr. Cao
Gender: Male
Age: 55 years
Chief Complaint: Missing maxillary teeth.
Past Medical History: Previously healthy.
Present Dental History: Tooth loss affecting dietary intake.
II. Clinical Examination
Specialised Examination: Complete maxillary edentulism.
Auxiliary Examination: Radiographic examination was performed.

III. Diagnosis and Treatment Plan
Diagnosis: Maxillary partial edentulism (full-arch loss).
Treatment Plan: Maxillary implant‑supported restoration with immediate provisionalisation. Implant system: Hanzu®. Implant sizes: 3.5×10 mm, 3.5×13 mm, 4.0×10 mm (×2), and 5.0×8 mm (×2).
IV. Treatment Procedure
Surgical Phase: The patient was fully informed of the risks and benefits and signed the informed consent form. Routine disinfection and draping were performed. Local infiltration anaesthesia was administered with 1.7 ml of 4% articaine. A horizontal incision was made along the alveolar ridge crest, and a full‑thickness mucoperiosteal flap was reflected. The sites were localised, and osteotomies were prepared to the predetermined depths. Hanzu® implants were placed as follows:
Site #12: 3.5×10 mm
Site #22: 3.5×13 mm
Sites #14 and #24: 4.0×10 mm (two implants)
Sites #16 and #26: 5.0×8 mm (two implants)
Tension‑free closure was achieved with sutures. At sites #11 and #21, 17° angled abutments with 3‑mm transgingival height were placed; at sites #16, #14, #24, and #26, 0° straight abutments with 3‑mm transgingival height were placed. Radiographs were taken immediately.

Follow‑up (Prosthetic Phase): At the follow‑up visit, radiographs confirmed favourable osseointegration, and the definitive restorations were delivered.

V. Case Summary
The Hanzu® implant system demonstrates strong osseointegration capacity, making it suitable for patients with compromised bone quality and for immediate loading protocols.
